LOCAL SPOTLIGHT: TOTAL SPORTS THERAPY
Total Sports Therapy has operated its Moon Valley location for over 10 years. Ricki Lewis, the part-owner of Total Sports Therapy Moon Valley, has lived in the Moon Valley area since 2011. She and her husband have 3 children and their favorite thing about living in Moon Valley is the family-friendly community. She says “we love that our kids get to grow up with their close friends as close neighbors.”

Our Transaction Coordinator, Jen Baldi, recently had the opportunity to talk with Ricki Lewis about her position as Director of Total Sports Therapy Moon Valley. Ricki shared with Jen her passion to help others with an individualized approach using hands-on manual therapy in addition to guided exercises. Ricki takes pride in allowing each patient to be highly involved in their own plan to work towards their individual goals for healing.
Ricki shared that she “has always loved human anatomy, health, fitness, and exercise” and it shows in the way that she talks about her practice and how she cares for her patients. Ricki specializes in sports injury, spine injury, post-op rehab, and accident and work-related injuries. Jackie Briggs, Broker, and co-founder of Locality Homes has personally been to Total Sports Therapy for sports injuries. She highly recommends their clinics and found that their techniques were very effective. Jackie says, “I was in less pain by the end of the first visit.”

As a result of our most recent partnership with Total Sports Therapy for the Moon Valley Blood Drive, we exceeded our goal. Our drive saw 22 people through interviews resulting in 19 successful donations with 2 people doing a power red and one doing a plasma. This brought our result to 106% of the donor goal and 105% of the product goal. With these results, our blood drive will help save as many as 54 people in our community hospitals! Please keep an eye out for our next event, as we hold blood drives on a bi-monthly basis. We hope to see you there next time.
