If you said real estate was part of my DNA, you wouldn’t be wrong. I grew up watching my mother build a successful real estate business in North Phoenix. As a child, I visited family in Moon Valley and loved the unique homes and tight-knit community. I always envisioned myself living there, so I made it my goal to make that come to fruition. I then obtained my real estate license while I went to ASU and graduated with communications and psychology degrees. I have been a full-time Realtor since 2004 and Broker since 2007. Now the co-founder of Locality Homes, I put my years of marketing and negotiation experience to work for sellers and buyers in the Moon Valley, Central Phoenix, and North Phoenix areas.

As a top producing agent, I have sold over six hundred homes and received numerous awards and rankings. At Locality, we are community driven, with a large focus on giving back. I am a member of the National Charity League, co-chair of the Moon Valley 5K, and an active member in local school PTO organizations. My favorite activities include spending time with our blended family of 5 kids and 2 dogs, playing tennis, and exploring hiking trails in Sedona.

Jen Baldi

For the last thirteen years, I have been a part of the greatest industry out there! Prior to earning my Real Estate Sales License in 2011, I was a Project Manager for a local commercial contractor. From my experience in ground up construction, to the knowledge I acquired focusing on tenant improvements, you can be sure that your new home purchase will be viewed with a trained eye. In 2020 I joined the Locality team as a Transaction Coordinator. I made a promise that everything would move smoothly from your listing appointment to the closing of your sale.

As a cancer survivor, I am an active contributor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I have represented them as an Honored Hero, through Team in Training, Light the Night, and on the LLS Advocacy Team. My daughter and I are members of the Arizona Cactus-Pine Girl Scouts, and over the summer you will find me in Munds Park serving as the President of Arizona Children’s Theatre

I have a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. In addition, I am a licensed real estate agent with 10+ years of local real estate experience including transaction management, client services, and broker/agent support. My passion is for design; I can be found painting and crafting in my spare time. I live in Moon Valley and enjoy playing at Moon Valley Park with my two young children.

I support Locality through my dedication to client engagement. You can find me organizing community service opportunities, hosting Locality client and team building events, and utilizing my creativity in growing our brand. I love living in Moon Valley with my husband and 3 boys, volunteering at their schools and supporting our local businesses.

Greg Schutsky

I moved to Arizona in 1984 from New Jersey. I have four children and ten grandchildren. My family is the most important aspect of my life. I spent many evenings coaching my children’s teams and stayed active playing softball. In 1990 I opened my own printing business and serviced many corporate and non-profit clients over the years, including Microsoft and Best Western.

I also worked with a range of local small businesses, school districts, and municipalities. In 1994 I became a licensed Realtor focusing on helping my family, friends & clients find homes in the North Valley. I love Arizona and have a wealth of experience to share with prospective clients looking for a home in the beautiful North Valley.

Originally from Chicago, I traded the Windy City’s chill for Arizona’s warmth in 2020. With a BA in Marketing Communications & Media Management, I’ve built a diverse career in management and entrepreneurship. I currently run my own ecommerce store, am a newly licensed real estate agent, and serve as the Marketing Coordinator for listeyy—a cutting-edge app designed to streamline communication for busy listing agents. My professional journey has honed my skills in relationship-building, marketing, and social media.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine, and joining Locality felt like the perfect fit. I’m excited to dive into the real estate market in Moon Valley and make a significant impact!

Audra Schrey

I was born and raised in San Diego but moved to Arizona to go to ASU (Go Devils!). After graduating, with honors, from the W.P Carey School of Business and a minor in Communications, I spent the next decade working in the mortgage industry. In 2015, my husband and I started our small business, Paint My Place, and a year later I left the field to stay home with our toddler and newborn son.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am all about family and community. I have a passion for children and dedicate myself to helping wherever I can. I serve on the PTO board at my children’s school, volunteer in my boys’ classrooms and chair numerous fundraising events. Most recently, I spearheaded the Moon Valley Strides for Schools 5K to benefit our neighborhood schools. Being an avid runner myself, you may catch me many mornings doing the Moon Valley loop.

In 2023 I decided to get my real estate license and joined the best brokerage around. I’m here to help you with any of your real estate needs!
